We will do the deep cleaning as detail on your inquiry/charge, but if the place is significantly untidy and furniture out of place etc... we may ask for some monetary consideration. Checking out before noon is needed as well as checking in after 3pm. We can offer early check in, or later check out, we can prorate your booking on 4hr blocks, sometimes this is nice if there is no other guest arriving, please let us know in advance to see all options/fees. Also being 2 story home with stairs we are not an accessibility/ADA certified home.
