This is 1 of 6 bedrooms that is available to rent. Each bedroom is newly constructed/remodeled and modernized to fit the needs of guest. You will have a luxurious hotel experience at a low price. This is 1 of 6 beautiful and very cozy newly modernized bedrooms in a residential home. Two level front porch with furniture, living room is used as a lobby/ common area for guests. Each room is equipped with the following: Airconditioning, Heat, Mini refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee/Tea maker, Iron, Ironing board, closet with hangers, Radio/alarm clock, flat screen TV, high speed unlimited Wi-Fi, password will be given to you upon check in. Each guest will be Given: bath towel, hand towel, wash cloths, face and body soap bar, Shampoo. If you are staying more than one night, we will give you a new set of towels daily, including changing of sheets. If there are any extra request or concerns, please notify us upon check in. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Example of extra request (Website hidden by Airbnb) Toothbrush, toothpaste, extra towels, extra blankets, etc. A valid State ID or Driver‘s License is required in order for you to stay on premises after booking for security reasonings. You will send a picture of your drivers license or state ID through messages, these pictures will be deleted after your reservation is over. If you fail to comply your reservations will be canceled immediately upon check-in time. Side door inside the room is locked and guest will not have access to it for security purposes. If you truly need to use the side door contact me and we will discuss on it if it is feasibility to do so. I will make myself available as much as possible.
