There are two apartments on this property. LONGER TERM RENTAL RATES available upon request. Pool House 2 is a two-storey, two bedroom cottage, and the other - Pool House 1 - is the one bedroom apartment attached. Both are rental units, so may be rented separately or together. The one bedroom apartment (PH1) can sleep three or four, with one bedroom with king bed, a pull-out sofa and a cot (property 4174516 listed separately on this site). Unit 2 (this one) is a two-bedroom main cottage with king bed in master -- gorgeous Harbour views to wake up to! Twin beds (or king) in second bedroom. Shared bathroom upstairs with shower (no tub), and powder room, dining room, kitchen, living room, covered porch by the pool, and back patio with dining/barbeque downstairs. Walk to Fairmont Southampton Hotel and all amenities there (golf, tennis, spa, restaurants and more), to the Lighthouse, Henry VIII restaurant etc. We are also wired to recharge the new electric cars that are available for visitors to rent. Bus stop only 3 minutes walk. Convenient and perfect for exploring Bermuda and relaxing by the pool. You have to check with me (owner) WELL IN ADVANCE if you wish to reserve BOTH units for a total of 6 - 8 people and rate/availability.
