Beautiful, spacious, two-bedroom corner penthouse condo with large private rooftop terrace and tropical forest views. The whole unit has been professionally decorated with personal touches making for a cozy and relaxing environment. The open main level includes a full kitchen, dining area and living space with large doors opening onto the glass-covered terrace. The kitchen includes granite countertops, breakfast bar and barstools, with new appliances. Everything needed to cook a gourmet meal, or just make a smoothie. A hot/cold drinking water dispenser and washing machine are in the adjacent laundry room. The sofa in the living area can be converted to a comfortable queen bed, if needed. The TV connects thru Roku, allowing a variety of free streaming channels as well as Netflix and Amazon using your own account, or stream from your PC. The dining area can seat up to six. The covered lower terrace, surrounded by trees, has comfortable seating for 4 around a coffee table - an ideal place to spend time enjoying nature. The bedrooms; at the master bedroom a comfy king size bed and one queen, each have writing desks with USB charging stations, luggage benches, lots of closet space and full ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a glass door facing the trees onto the terrace. The large roof-top terrace is partially covered by the pagoda, allowing you to eat meals at the table, or prepare drinks at the bar, even if it rains. There is another seating area, as well as a Jacuzzi tub and hammock with great views of the surrounding jungle woodland, and a small part of the golf club fairway just 25 yards away. Lime and Mandarin trees also decorate the terrace - help yourself to the ripe fruit. Solar panels on the pagoda significantly reduce our electrical usage. This is a non-smoking condo and, due to the nature of the terraces, children under 13 are not permitted. Wifi, Towels, Linens, Iron, Ironing Board, Hair Dryer and a Safe are provided, and each room has its own remote-controlled a/c unit. Complementary parking is just outside the building and an elevator takes you to our 3rd floor penthouse.
