This private flat is located just 15 driving minutes from downtown Milwaukee, and walking distance from the heart of North Avenue, home to many restaurants, bars, and shops. With parking available on site, the convenience of this lower-unit duplex is hard to beat. Enjoy eclectic decor, and everything you need in this hypoallergenic space with low-tox cleaners and products. With decor that stands apart, you will feel like you're on vacation, no matter what time of year it is! You have your own private entrance through the blue front door! Door is equipped with with a keypad lock, and you will be given a code in your messages to enter. The other door that goes to the shared hallway has a lock on the inside for your safety and privacy. Though downtown Milwaukee is only a 15 minute drive away, the East Side of Wauwatosa holds much to explore! Popular spots, such as BelAir Cantina, Cranky Al's, Tosa Yoga, IL MITO, and the Rosebud Cinema are all walking distance away! In addition, Miller Park is only a 5 minute drive! If you don't feel like driving to a game, you have your pick of bars that have free shuttles! Provided in the unit are local trails, maps, menus, and bike info. Milwaukee and Wauwatosa are home to countless parks, including the popular Hank Aaron Trail. There are many parks nearby, some walking/running distance. It is also very easy and fast to take an Uber or Lyft. If you are interested in public transportation, Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) bus stops are walking distance. Overnight street parking in Wauwatosa is prohibited, so for your convenience, we have a parking slab in the driveway for 1 car.
