Private Basement Suite in South Common

Self Check in available. Fully renovated basement suite close to South Edmonton Common. You will have your own entrance and can lock your door to have complete privacy. Full kitchen (not shared), living room and laundry access. Convenient transportation to downtown about 20 mins driving, or take a bus (15 mins) to the LRT line at century park. Rooms are clean and taken care by the owner of upstairs. Guests will have a quiet and clean space of their own to have a good rest. Everything downstairs is available for your connivence when you stay. This includes the foosball table, TV, video game consoles, laundry room and a full kitchen. For check-in we have a combination on the door, you will receive the code the day of your check-in. To use the combination code just enter in the code and the door will unlock. To lock the door just press the lock button once the door is closed. If you have any trouble with the combination or locking the door, please send me a text and I will be able to walk you through the process. Please message me to let me know you have are arrived and got in Please park on the street in front of the house. It's free parking and that way no one will block you in. Please note we do not allow any pets. Please lock the door after your stay and every time you leave the house. Please DO NOT enter into our backyard as their is a dog in the yard. Please DO NOT fed our dog. Quiet, Friendly neighbours, Low crime. Close to South Edmonton Common and a Park for kids! Close to bus routes and south common shopping. Street parking is free. If a guest stay is longer than 1 week washer and dryer will be shared. Guest and host can arrange a time for the host to use facility.
