Greengard Villa - Anguilla, Cul De Sac

Huge open floor plan. Lots of light. Amazing views from all sides. Great sunsets. Fantastic for families. Especially great for children that can't swim. No need to worry about a pool. WiFI works. Island totally back in action after Irma. Our Villa is located in a quiet breezy area of the island. We are within walking distance to Rendezvous Bay, and the villa is situated with views over the bay. There is a lovely restaurant within walking distance - Ferry Boat Inn, and a small grocery store is about 20 minutes away by foot. The whole house. We are available by text or phone The Cul de Sac area is very quiet. It's a nice road for a morning or evening jog when the sun isn't too hot. You will need to rent a car. There is a maid who comes twice a week. It's to make sure everything is fine in the house and to obviously keep things clean. She changes the sheets, cleans the house and washes your clothes (if you like). If you like her to come more often, pls let me know and we will adjust the price. When we visit ourselves, we have her come every other day. It's great to keep everything clean and you are supporting the local economy. The local restaurants and bars are back in action after Irma. Better than ever in fact! Anguilla is an island full of wonderful friendly people. We hope you enjoy your stay.
