The club house and its bar and restaurant are 30 seconds walk away. The semi-detached condo home has a large open plan lounge and well equipped kitchen, with 2 double bedrooms (one king, one queen) both with lovely private bathrooms. The lounge leads into your screened deck, with views onto the course and the club house (the club house is open to all, and serves food all day - very good value and delicious). Beyond your screen deck is the private patio and lawns that lead to the huge swimming pool for your to all enjoy. There are private tennis courts too. The country club is owned and operated by the Emir of Qatar, and is regarded as the premium location for quality of surroundings, service, care and quality on island and in the whole of the Turks and Caicos. The care and attention bestowed on these acres is astonishing. With on-island staff looking after The Condo On The Course, you can be assured of service, attention to detail (like adult bath robes, sumptuous towels, toiletries, welcome pack, beach seats, and a home equipped for every need, from kitchen to bedrooms). Your property is of course equipped with free wireless internet. Free air conditioning up to $70 usage per week ($10 a day). Thereafter, 65 cents per kWh - metered.
