Trinity East Cottage-oceanfront (Skerwink Trail)

Oceanfront, cozy & well equipped cottage on Skerwink Trail, with fantastic views of Trinity across the bay. Close to rocky beaches, hiking trails, Port Rexton Brewery, whales, icebergs, minutes to Trinity, boat tours, museums, craft & art galleries, restaurants, Rising Tide Theatre, Elliston & puffins etc. Centrally located and a great home base from which to discover Trinity Bight and the Bonavista Peninsula. There is a rocky beach just a short walk down the hill to the beach. Spacious century old house sleeps 6-8 persons comfortably. Living room has an electric fireplace, free Wi-Fi, 32in. flat screen tv w/satellite, washer/dryer, bbq, lawn chairs, picnic table and fire pit (with restrictions). Pets are welcome, cleaning fees may apply. NB. low ceilings on second floor. Trinity East is a small community, (one of the twelve communities that make up Trinity Bight) with the popular Skerwink Trail (rated one of top 30 trails in North America) . The cottage overlooks the harbour and remains an active outport fishing village. Suggestion: rent a car from St. John's to tour the island, as there is no public transportation in the rural areas. Pets are most welcome. Depending on the breed there may be a $20.00 extra cleaning fee.
