Cozy and quiet rural cottage only 3 minutes from downtown Tatamagouche. Easily Grab groceries or hit up the famous Tata Brewery for an afternoon warm up. Take a stroll on the farm and feed the chickens, turkeys and ducks or just sit and relax on your sunny patio. You are only 15 minutes from the warm waters of Rushtons Beach, Ski Wentworth or a visit to Jost Winery on the Malagash shore. Amenities include Queen Bed, Tv with netflix, High speed internet, Washer/Dryer, Full Kitchen and more! Your cozy little cottage is located next door to the main house and situated on 15 acres of beautiful land only 2km from Tatamagouche Village. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a new queen bed. We may be amble to make arrangements for a child as well, just discuss with us first as we only have the one queen bed. Please enjoy a stroll on the property with the chickens, turkeys and ducks or wander by the private Brook. We often have farm fresh eggs and garden produce for sale so please ask when arriving and we will have some waiting for you. Feel free to wander the entire property. In the summer time we have a small orchard with grapes, blackberries, apples, walnuts & more. We only ask that the main house, fenced yard and all outbuildings stay private. We are on property at all times. If you have any issues or questions about the space or Tatamagouche please ask. The French river is about 1km away, you can enjoy a swim in the summer or a stroll in the winter. Tatamagouche Village is only 2km away for shopping and adventure. We have tons of parking and we even have room for your side by side or motorcycles! We only ask that our main house, yard and all buildings other than the cottage stay private. If you would like to visit the barn animals just let us know and we will gladly show you the way. We also have two young children playing on property so please drive very slowly when entering and exiting. Quiet time begins at 10pm and we do not allow parties or other visitors to this location.
