The unit is small (140sqft) but has everything you will need. You can hang out on the deck or in the private back yard. Yard lights set the ambiance in the evening. You enter this unit from the back yard. Go down driveway on the right side of the house, go through the gate, and enter through the red door. I live 3 minutes away and my husband lives on site. Let us know if you need anything. This is a wonderful friendly neighborhood. I owned a retail shop in the district for 15 years and really enjoyed the community. It includes a Safeway & Farmer Joe's organic groceries, retail, Peets coffee and La Farine Bakery, banks and much more. Near Dimond Park (Tennis courts, swimming pool, hiking trail). This is one block from a major commuter hub. Easy access to the bus and BART stations. Also 3 blocks to hwy 580. The walls are shared with other tenants and you may be able to hear them sometimes.
