Spacious & Private HV Getaway | Near Wineries

Welcome to Marlboro! This is a private space in our home featuring a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area with new appliances: tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table for four, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 50 inch TV with a full motion TV stand. We are fully permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro. Please note: We are taking extra precautions to clean and disinfect between stays. Our safety and the safety of our guests is our top priority as we continue to have the space available during this time. The host is responsible for cleaning and is fully vaccinated. Our home sits on a hill and an acre of land with a beautiful backyard. It is a raised ranch style house, we live upstairs with our two year old daughter and we rent the downstairs area, over 500 square feet. We take pride in our space and do our best to provide each guest with a perfect stay! We are willing to try and accommodate any special requests. We offer high-speed internet, cable and Apple TV. Towels and toiletry essentials are available. There is tea, coffee, hot cocoa and a bottle of water per guest, as well as complimentary snacks and oatmeal. The heat and cooling is controlled by the guests and lights are dimmable. The nightstand has built in USB ports to charge your electronic devices. For guests with small children, we can provide a portable crib. We are Tesla friendly! If you are a fellow Tesla owner you can charge your car right outside the door. Please contact us before your arrival to make arrangements! Due to the pandemic we encourage and practice social distancing. The guest parking is just a few steps from your private entrance. Most times we don’t see our guests. However, host will be promptly available for any questions or assistance. Just before your arrival I will be sending you the code to self check in. Please read the house manual and check in instructions prior to your arrival. Transportation to and from Stewart Airport or Poughkeepsie train station is available for a fee. Marlboro is a quiet residential neighborhood. It is centrally located, within 30 minute drive from many of the main attractions in the Hudson Valley. In the village you can find magazine featured restaurants like the Falcon and the Racoon Saloon (3 minute drive) There are several wineries around, Benmarl Winery is 5 minutes away! Newburgh is 15 minutes away where you can find all the main retailers. Poughkeepsie is also 15 minutes away with the train station right off the bridge, and the Stewart Airport is 30 minutes away. Interstate 87 can be reached in 10 minutes.
