The apartment has a lot of fresh air due to the location, and the AIR CONDITIONING If interested in a longer period, please, inquire. Payment: 25% at the reservation. The rest will be paid 30 days before the arrival. 25% of deposit is not refundable, but can be used for your next stay. 75% of the payment are completely refoundable. Both payments by credit card and cash are accepted. Check-in is from 4.30 PM till 6.30 PM and check-out is by 11.00 AM. For the cancellation terms, please, ask for the information at the moment of booking. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a large living room and a spacious, comfortable kitchen. In the kitchen you can find everything you need for enjoying fine dining alone or with your friends and family. If you prefer cooking, there is a stove as well. Cable TV and WiFi are also included. The balcony is 200ft wide and provides a breathtaking view on the Ocean and the island of St Maarten that will make your meals and chill moments unforgettable. The sundeck, 400ft wide, is your perfect location for sunbathing, relaxing or stargazing during the long Caribbean nights. It is also served by running water and electricity, and having a panoramic view of the whole island. We are providing 3 chairs, 2 small tables and 2 beach chairs for your comfort. Same is available on the balcony: a comfortable dining table with 4 chairs and another cozy beach chair. The apartment fits perfectly also for a couple of friends thanks to the privacy guaranteed by two independent rooms, each with its own private bathroom. Daily cleaning service is available upon request. Each room ceiling is equipped with a huge ventilator that provides enough of fresh air. Furthermore, the apartment, located on the top floor, is always blessed by a constant Caribbean breeze. Around the swimming pool there are deckchairs for Sandy Hill Club guests. If you need, there is a POSSIBILITY TO RENT A CAR for a convenient price with one of our partners (the price of the car rental is not included in the total price). Our manager will support you in checking-in and checking-out. She will take care of the whole process, to be sure that everything is in order upon your arrival and departure.
