Yellow rm near UD, Downtown, Miami Valley Hospital

The house was built in 1930 and looks like a green barn. It has hardwood floors throughout and 1.5 baths. Stove, ref, microwave, washer and dryer for you to use. Has central A/C and heat. I take my 2 dogs on walks in the neighborhood days or evenings. I can walk to Tanks or Krogers. Tanks is a bar and is a good place to eat, and Krogers is a grocery store. No smoking or drugs. Free parking on the street. Close to Miami Valley Hospital about 1 mile, downtown, UD and 20 min. to WPAFB. Your face must be recognizable in your profile photo. If it is not, your reservation will be cancelled. It is for the safety of the other guests and me. The room has a TV with computer connections. No TV service. It has Netflix and other free watching options. There is a drop down desk/table for your computer or work. The double bed has a memory foam mattress. I am still rehabbing the house. I mostly have patching and painting left to do. This room is finished. Hardwood floors throughout. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. No food allowed in the bedrooms. Please eat at the dining room table. All the other bedrooms and the office are private , and everything else is shared. Kitchen, living room, 1.5 bath, washer & dryer, 52" TV screen with Netflix in the living room, (no TV service) gas fireplace (during the winter), gas BBQ in the summer. Use any of the small appliances, board games or DVD's. There is free parking on the street and usually there is not a problem finding space near the house door. Don't park on the street directly opposite my house during business hours. Ask me if you need need anything and I will try to help you. You might not see much of me. This is a busy street with easy access to the 35 freeway, Oregon District, Tanks Bar & Grill(great breakfast), UD, Miami Valley Hospital, Sinclair College & Dayton downtown. It is a mix of residential and commercial buildings. If you don't like traffic noise, I suggest you bring ear plugs. Easy access to Miami Valley Hospital, UD, downtown, convention center, 35 & 75 freeways. Other hospitals near by are Grandview Medical Center, Dayton Children's Hospital. A little further is Kettering Medical Center and Dayton VA Medical Center. The local RTA bus stops right on our corner. You can also use Uber, etc. and taxis. If you are looking for a longer term stay, please ask. Traveling nurses are welcome. The dogs like to escape out the door when it is open and they are not street smart. So during your stay please be careful they don't get out. At night they are shut in my bedroom with me. I have a child's gate in case you want to leave your door open and keep the dogs out of your room.
