VINCA es un departamento de 2 habitaciones, 1 baño, sala y cocineta, ideal para alojarse y descansar al visitar Cholula y caminar por sus bellas y tranquilas calles. Se encuentra a menos de 10 minutos caminando de la Pirámide, de la Universidad de las Américas y a pocas cuadras de los restaurantes, cafés y bares en la zona. Su ubicación y sus características la hacen también perfecta para "trabajar a distancia" estando cómodos y conectados. When entering the property you will breath fresh air, see lots of green and hear birds chatting, allowing you to unwind as you settle into VINCA. We want to make it as comfortable as possible, so we made sure to make it equipped: For cooking meals: basic supplies and utensils (feel free to ask for more information if you want to make sure we have what you need for your stay). For entertainment: a Smart TV in the main bedroom (Netflix included), board games and some books. For mornings: coffee & tea, oatmeal & cereal. For hanging out: a small table right outside the apartment and our common areas in the front and back parts of the property (look for the Common Areas section for a detailed description of each one). Only two cars are allowed and only guests included in the reservation will have access. The front part of the property has a large lawn with a grill, cooler and two outdoor tables shaded by a big beautiful tree. We recently planted a Botanical Garden in the back of the property for our guests to enjoy. We designed three spots: A round table hidden behind tall plants, where humming birds and bees like to hang out. A larger table in a more open space and with beautiful plants surrounding it. An outdoor fire pit, with two benches and some wood stacked up ready to be lit when our guests ask us to. We also set up lighting posts with power outlets if you want to charge your devices while enjoying the garden. When arriving, ring the doorbell and there will be a doorman waiting to welcome you and lead you up to your apartment. If you’re driving up, there will be parking spots available inside the property. Any concerns regarding your stay can be handled by the caretaker, and any other questions will be happily answered by your host through the Airbnb site. Cholula is a town full of life! So any food related, night-life and near spots recommendations will be available to you in a corkboard we set up in the apartment. 'Vinca' is very well-located, which we know is important for our visitors. We list below some of the places and their distances or commute time: UDLAP, the Pyramid, the Touristic Train, San Andrés' Zócalo and the Periférico (main peripheral freeway)-1 kilometer distance from the apartment. 15 minute drive to the Volkswagen manufacturing plant. 30 minute drive to Puebla's historical downtown. ¿Más de 4 huéspedes?
