This community is less than 7-minutes drive from downtown, shopping, bars, restaurants, groceries, and a short drive to several beaches. Due to the lack of sidewalks in the community, I don't recommend walking. The complex has a security gate and is fully fenced, along with an auto-generator. This is the Caribbean (tropical weather) so there are some possibility of the occasional tropical insects making their way into the home. This Estate is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a hill, and minutes away from shopping, groceries, attractions, and several beaches.
