This is a family neighborhood, very quiet and comfortable. At night you will hear the "coqui" that is a local and unique species in Puerto Rico that sings. It has kitchen, 1 room 1 bathroom in the 1st floor and 3 rooms in the second floor. All rooms have AC, balcony, 1 bathroom and family place in the second floor. The house does not have wheelchair access. Has space for up to 3 cars in front of the house. Has 1 sofa bed in the 1st floor and 1 regular couch. Has several reading, relaxing spaces. Second floor has an office space. There is 2 queen beds and 4 full beds in total. Has a total of 3 sofas one of the is a sofa bed. Full kitchen with, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot. Does not have wheelchair access. It is 15 minutes from International Airport, 10 minutes from mayor malls like Plaza Las Americas and Mall of San Juan. Text, email or calls.
