Getting Around: We strongly recommend our guests to rent a car, as transportation to nearby downtown, communities or resorts is limited to Taxis. UBER is not allowed into the community for pick-ups, however it is allowed for drop-offs if you take an UBER in town. Option to move inside Quivira community is by Taxi which usually charges $10 USD from Mavila to the resorts. Other Things to Note: Mavila is a brand new community, construction is on-going during the day from Monday-Friday (between 9a.m. and 5 p.m.) and Saturday (between 9 a.m. and 1p.m.) All amenities listed herein are completely finished and the noise does not bother most people staying at this condo. Mavila is a NON smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including pool and green areas. Smoking is allowed only in the Condo's terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from security deposit.
