Guests have their own private lower level featuring a furnished bedroom with storage space, table/computer desk (WiFi available), garment rack and more. The private bath features a walk-in shower, plenty of towels, and a variety of toiletries. There is a living room with an incredibly comfy reclining leather sofa, large flatscreen TV with plenty of streaming options (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Etc.), mini fridge, coffee maker, and more. Guests will have their own private lower level with a furnished bedroom, storage space, table to use as a desk (WiFi available), a garment rack to hang your clothes. The private bath with a walk in shower is stocked with toiletries, towels, and more. The lower level features an entertainment center/living room with a large 58” HD flatscreen TV, featuring Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon and a variety of other options along with an extensive DVD/BluRay collection for rent or purchase. Enjoy a movie in front of the fireplace from the super comfy reclining leather sofa with adjustable neck rests and even USB ports to charge your electronic device! Laundry is on the lower level. One load of laundry is available by request only. Additional loads are $5 each. Upstairs there is another bathroom (shared) and you’ll be able to enjoy cooking in a kitchen with a stove, oven, lots of counter space, in addition to a gas grill on the back patio. There is a lovely large, fenced in back yard with rain barrels, a gorgeous evergreen tree, and LOTS of beautiful flowers and birds. Lower level including furnished bedroom and private full bath, entertainment center, workout area, plus kitchen, dining room, back yard, front yard, back patio with grill and more! Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood ranch home on a cul-de-sac, walking distance to a mall with a movie theater, Panera, sushi restaurant, coffee shop, gym, and an enjoyable pub with shuffleboard and trivia. Kinnick Stadium and The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics are only three miles away. The University of Iowa campus and the pedestrian mall/downtown are only two miles away. Minutes to either interstate 80 or 380/218, close to variety of grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and more. It’s easy to get around by foot, car, Uber, taxi, bus, bike and I might even be able to help give you a ride somewhere. There are two very comfy couches and blow up air mattresses to choose from in addition to the queen bed in the bedroom.
