This is basement with a view, accom 4, featuring a large outdoor private deck with breathtaking view of the Trinity Bay & Dildo Island, is a true retreat! It is a very quiet place with lots of privacy. Located less than a kilometer from the Dildo Brewery. Ample parking space available on this 2-acre property. Located right on the waterfront where, if the timing is right, you're in sight of icebergs, whales, and all the views the sea has to offer. You are booking the entire basement (1,500 sq. ft.) which includes private entrance, 2 bedrooms, a living space (34 x 16 ft. ) with a big screen TV, 1 full bathroom, 1 pantry kitchen, & a laundry room. The space also has a wood stove. Highly recommend to read the rules and regulations before booking with us. Me or my husband will be available if you need us during your stay. We are just a text away. We also own an Indian food takeout called Yes B'y Indian Kitchen of Dildo. Our house guests get a 15% discount on food if you order from us during your stay. We are located on the Front Road - very close to Dildo Brewery - just a few minutes walk. Dildo is a go-to tourist destination and the Brewery gets very busy where parking can be very challenging. Thus staying with us is a great advantage as you can park your car on our premise ( you can also park your RV as we have ample parking space) and walk down to the Brewery and enjoy! We are located on a hilltop and so, even though Dildo becomes quite crowded during Summer months, you can still enjoy your quiet space and privacy as our house is situated away from the road. Dildo is located on the southeastern Dildo Arm of Trinity Bay about 60 km (37 mi) west of St. John's. Dildo is a small community of 1,234 residents. Residents are very friendly and getting around is very easy. There is no public transportation available here. Your own vehicle is a must. There is ample parking space available behind my house. If you are traveling with RV, our parking is ideal - lots of space with a breathtaking view of the Bay. You can take to the sea with any number of boat tours. Dildo Cove Heritage Experience and Motorboat Excursions offer "an experience like no other." You'll learn the history of the area and see authentic fishing premises, all while riding in an authentic heritage-style motorboat with the oddly soothing and iconic putt-putt of the make-and-break motor ringing in your ears. On land, you've many attractions to choose from like. Dildo is part of the famous Baccalieu Trail and clench your adventure and hiking thirst with the Wind at your Back Guided Adventures, who offers intimate group tours with a mix of hiking, culture, cuisine and kayaking. Get immersed in the people and their stories. Explore and discover the coastlines and history of The Baccalieu Trail, Newfoundland. While in town, don't forget to visit our Indian food takeout Yes B'y Indian Kitchen of Dildo to get a glimpse of Little India where you can check out our authentic home cooked food along with some handcrafted Indian merchandise. You can also visit The Treasure Trove and Nan & Pop's Dildo Souvenir Shop for local souvenir. You can finish off your day at The Dildo Brewing Company and Museum. A full-service taproom with craft beer. After the beer, you may want to walk back to our house and enjoy the rest of the evening, sipping your favourite drink, cozily sitting on our beautiful deck overlooking the bay. If you are here for Dildo Days, the town's annual festival, led by the mischievous and lovable, Captain Dildo, there's a lot more to enjoy.
