"The two-storey house on the river is very welcoming, perfectly clean, very well equipped and close to all services. It is ideally located ten minutes from the Île d'Orléans bridge in the village of St-Laurent, directly on the river bank and has a picturesque view of the seaway and the wharf. The space is decorated in a relaxing spirit. The living room and terrace offer a magnificent view of the river through large windows and patio doors. A 4 seasons guest house that has all the necessary amenities for a wonderful stay: The first floor has a large, well-equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cold water dispenser ...) open to a sunny dining room and living room; Two closed bedrooms with 1 double bed each; A full bathroom with walk-in shower and washer/dryer area. The upstairs is furnished like a loft: A very large bedroom with 1 queen bed, loveseat area, wireless TV; A large full bathroom*; A reading corner, laptop work space; A large private terrace with a view on the river. Whatever the season, the landscape of this waterway will amaze you. In the summer season: landscaped grounds with a dining area under the vines with a barbecue from May to October only. On the river bank, aperitif and meal area, three-seater swing with direct access to the shore. A small round fireplace for campfire in summer season from May to October only. Beach and municipal wharf at two minutes walking distance. In winter: Snowshoeing (2 pairs of snowshoes at your disposal), skating (municipal skating rink) and cross-country skiing. This reservation has a firm cancellation policy - a refund will be given for cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival. A 100% refund is given for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival. A 50% refund is given for cancellations made between 30 and 59 days prior to the arrival date. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival. The CanadaStays reservation fee is refundable if the traveller cancels within 48 hours of the reservation request. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. No excessive noise after 10pm and before 10am, as we have a very good neighbourhood and we want to keep it; By the river, you have access to the swing and the round table. A small round fire pit for campfires in the summer season from May to October only; Respect the premises and the furniture; Respect the number of people indicated in the reservation; You have parking for two vehicles at the front of the house, the others must park at the church which is a two minute walk away; When leaving, leave the premises clean. *** Please note that the whirlpool function in the upstairs bathing room is out of order and that the house is not suitable for wheelchair users. *** ***Important notice*** To all those who want to have a big party with friends, these places are not for you.
