Borland Apartments and Rooms

Well secured, fenced yard. there are other tenants residing in the apt complex. Mostly young university students. The University of Belize is located close by (3 mins walk down the street) hot/cold shower, cable TV, wifi, and very private. The owner of the facility resides beside the building in his own house, so the owner is nearby always willing to lend a helping hand. We cater to travelers looking for a home away from home "rest spot", but we welcome all, from the one who needs a quiet place to work, to those looking for adventure or a rendezvous point for the family. All are welcome to stay with us and enjoy the ambiance of the capital city,Belmopan, with the best of both business, nature and pleasures alike. We offer our visitors a full apartment. A complete kitchen area, with all the essential amenities, also, extended from the kitchen is a dinning/work table and a couch for the common area feel. (all this included in a one room, please see pics as reference) A complete Bedroom area, including two single beds, fully dressed. two standing fans (use/shift to other room if needed). Cable TV is also available in the bedroom. A dresser with mirror and a closet with hangers are provided for your convenience whilst staying with us. Lastly, the bathroom located adjacent to the bedroom, clean and spacious for all your hygienic purposes. Soaps, towels, wash cloth and toilet paper included. Please refer to the pictures for a visual view of our rooms. Visitors to our country Belize are welcome to ask us any questions they would like pertaining to their trip. We will treat you like family. We are willing to offer information/directions to all the food spots, drink spots or business areas within Belmopan and the whole country Belize. JUST ASK. SUPER quiet. calm. breezy with trees all around and mountains just on the horizon. Currently, Belize in going through it's wet season (June-November) so be prepared for sunny mornings with on/off rains. walking, taxi, minivan.
