The main open area (on the second floor) includes a renovated kitchen with gas range, a living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace, and a dining room with a very large table. There are three bedrooms, a reading room, a family room and two full bathrooms. There is a large flat yard, a forest and a view of the golf and its lake. There is no spa at the cottage for health & safety reasons. Visit my guidebook for spa recommendations. 2. There is no direct access to a lake, but there are multiple public beaches within 10 minutes. 3. The road located at the bottom of the mountain can be noisy at certain periods of the year. You won’t hear it at all when inside the house. Guest access You have access to the whole house, the two terraces, as well as the large land. There is no immediate neighbor. Other things to note Cleaning & Sanitizing The cleaning in between guests is carried out by a professional team. The products used to disinfect are safe and effective. There is a minimum of 24h between each stays and the governmental guidelines are strictly followed. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about this matter. Pet Policy A maximum of 3 pets are authorized upon agreement and you must adhere to the pet policy. Note that the yard is not fully fenced. No pet will be allowed on couches or beds, or in the bath or shower. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit. There are two stainless steel bowls, a dog towel and poop bags. Don't forget to bring his favorite pillow! Services included Heating, propane (range, fireplace and bbq), electricity, Internet (Unlimited), Netflix and Spotify (already logged in) are included in the rental price. There is no fixed telephone line on site, but the cellular network works very well. No refunds or compensation will be granted for service outages. Bathroom Essentials Bathroom towels, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryers, magnifying mirror, laundry detergent, toilet paper and kleenex, as well as an iron and iron board. Bedroom Essentials All the bed linen is included. There are many pillows, luxurious linens, extra warm duvets as well as pillow and mattress protectors. Additional linen and pillows can be found in the wardrobes. Kitchen Essentials Plate & bowls, utensils, knives, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, pots, pans, crock-pot, baking and muffin pans, baking utensils, cake mold, blender, hand mixer, strainer, coffee maker (filter), kettle, toaster, microwave, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and tea towels. Breakfast & Condiments You'll have coffee with filters, tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal sachets, salt & pepper, vegetable oil and some spices (paprika, origan, Montreal steak spices and pepper flakes). There is also mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. Children There is a booster seat that can be used on any chair, place mats, plastic cups, as well as some story books, crayons and a colouring book. Every bed has a waterproof mattress protector. Please note that there are no safety gates. Parking and Snow Removal You can park up to 6 cars in the driveway. A snow removal company will blow snow from the parking lot after a storm (more than 2 in. of snow).
