Queen bed in "Quintessentially Victorian" Home

We have just opened up again, we had to stop hosting due to Covid, as our home is a shared space. You must be fully vaccinated. Welcome, come in and relax in our Victoria Style home and garden. The bathroom is shared and used only for guests. It has heated floor and towel rack. Bathrobes are provided and a light self-serve breakfast , cereals, homemade granola, breads, coffee, tea and juice. This is a queen sized bed. We are happy to share our comfortable home with you. We have in-floor radiant hot water heat and a fresh air ventilation system. Guests have access to all the rooms on main floor: family room, front parlour, kitchen and large patio and garden and laundry room. Our back yard is a great place to relax by the pond and waterfall. We are happy to chat with our guests if they are so inclined, we found it the best part when traveling and staying in airbnb's We live in a quiet area on larger lots, but close to shops and restaurants. Best to have a car, but there is a bus stop within a 10 minute walk A light breakfast is supplied: cereals (homemade granola), juice, tea, coffee and toast (homemade bread). We have a cat, Sammy who also likes to be friendly to our guests. No downloading/torrenting movies
