Note: THIS IS A PRIVATE HOME, OWNERS ARE PRESENT and have a standard poodle pet. Rental bedroom and bathroom are on the ground/first floor of this occupied residence and are separated by a privacy curtain in the hallway. Note: The billiard room and gym are not for guest use. Guests may use the waterfront deck. Waterfront home along Long Island's most famous canal, The Nautical Mile/Woodcleft Canal. 2 miles from LIRR with a 45 minute ride to Manhattan. Newly renovated 1st floor, guest bed/bathroom. Air conditioned. Area Attractions: * 15 minutes to either Hofstra or Adelphi Universities. * 25 minutes by car to JFK. * 45 minutes by car to LGA. * Air-Tran transfer at Jamaica to JFK on Long Island Railroad. * If available will pick-up from LIRR Freeport station. * Private room with Queen bed on first floor with private bath.
