Castleview- Ambassador Suite

Our location is very quiet. Guests can use a separate kitchen or mingle with us in our kitchen. The separate kitchen is fully stocked for guests. Ample parking, privacy and wireless internet. Catering services such as take-away lunches for work days, or suppers are available upon request. The Ambassador Suite has a queen bed, desk, dresser, walk-in closet and full ensuite bathroom. We ask all guests to keep "working hours",defined as lights out at 10:00 p.m. The Ambassador is a super-size bedroom with a desk and walk-in closet. It has been ideal for guests reserving for a long-term stay. Our location is only2 minutes to the town of Battleford, but yet secluded for quiet and privacy. During the winter we provide plug-ins for guest vehicles. We live on the main floor of the home, so guests are welcome to mingle in the kitchen and have a chat as they come and go. In the summer guests usually have supper with us in the sunroom, a covered deck off the main floor kitchen. There is a dedicated exercise room for yoga, zumba, etc. Guests are welcome to choose a book from my extensive collection. There is a full kitchen available for guests as well if guests want to manage their own food. We certainly plan to meet and greet guests and socialize if time permits. Sometimes people arrive late and check-out early to continue on their journeys so there isn't much time to chat. When we have had long-term guests, they become like part of the family and we socialize on a daily basis. Many guests are working long hours and they prefer to shower and prepare for sleep. We are flexible with guest interaction. The Town of Battleford is quaint. We love living near Battleford because when I go to town I can park once on main street and all the locally owned shops and post office are within walking distance. Recent additions to the retail scene in Battleford are Subway Restaurant and Tim Hortons. The City of North Battleford has a population of 12 000+ so they have all the franchises such as WalMart, McDonalds, movie theatres, Boston Pizza, 2 Tim Hortons locations and much more. Guests will need their own vehicle to get around in the Battlefords. There is no public transportation in Battleford, but there is taxi service and ride services like iride and Uber. No worries about parking at our location. We have lots of space.
