Pet/child friendly studio; in/outdoor play areas

Downstairs studio apartment with a private and separate entrance. Lots of yard space to use and enjoy, as well as a gated outside play area with swings, slide, and climbing dome. Inside we have a lot of preschool and toddler toys available to use. Quiet family neighborhood, safe and tucked away from busy roads. Great space for young families, couples, or for those visiting BSU college students. We live in the space above so expect normal family noises. Pet fee is $10/night per approved pet.
