One story 2,370 sq. feet cottage located besides the peaceful Chicxulub town. The property is just 15 minutes away from "Progreso Beach" and "La Isla" mall. It has two HD flatscreens (Sky), a big backyard, a terrace on the main room, laundry room, and a common area besides the pool ideal for BBQs. Every room has its own AC and bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with appliances (fridge, microwave, blender), cutlery, and cooking utensils. Fully equipped with everything necessary to have a comfortable and relaxing stay, this place is great to relax, enjoy the pool, get away from the noise and hectic city life, but stil conveniently located between the beautiful city of Merida and Progreso Beach. All the house will be available, including the rooms, kitchen, living room, backyard, pool, laundry room, etc. Guests will be welcomed by the property admin. who will give them the keys and give them a briefing about their stay. The admin will also assist guests during their check out and collect the keys. Baspul is a very quiet and pacific residential zone, located next to the town of Chicxulub. Uber has coverage in this area, but a rental is strongly recommended to go to the city or the beach.
