Chinaberry Villa

Romantic Chinaberry Villa on Rendezvous Bay, Anguilla. Enjoy a beautifully decorated villa just a 5 minute stroll to the beach. Our one bedroom villa with lovely wraparound deck overlooking the ocean, with outdoor living room and shower. We offer two or three bedrooms too. We do have AC in the villa, but there is an extra charge of 150US per week. Come and visit us in Anguilla this year and stay at beautiful Chinaberry Villa. The Villa enjoys spectacular views over Rendezvous Bay, privacy and tons of amenities. Enjoy a wonderful bedroom with king size bed, and sitting area, with full kitchen and bathroom with a lovely outdoor shower. The sunsets from our balcony are amazing, so if you are looking for a lovely and romantic escape, Chinaberry is perfect. The entire Chinaberry is yours, and the common courtyard between the two houses is shared. Our property manager Lyn will meet you on arrival day at the villa and get you settled in. She will send a taxi to meet you at the airport or ferry dock and bring you to the villa. Charge from the ferry is 14US, Airport slightly more at 18US. Need some groceries, no problem. Just provide us with a list and Lyn will be happy to fill it for you. She will leave receipts for you and you can pay Lyn directly. Lyn will also make available the wifi pw for your stay. We no longer have cable TV, but feel free to bring a firestick or similar with you. Cul de Sac, overlooking Rendezvous Bay is charming and private. The area is mostly private villas, so quiet and relaxed. The beach is a short walk away. Ferry Boat Inn is just down the road, and has a lovely beach side restaurant. Burgers and Snapper are fantastic. We can make arrangements for rental vehicles to be at the villa on your arrival day. While we do have AC available in the villa, there is an extra charge for this as electricity on the island is very expensive. We charge an extra 150US for each week.
