Villa Imperial Guestroom in Main House

This bedroom is used for guests. It is within the main house, It features an antique double bed and an extensive library of books and other personal effects. It has its own private bath and closet space.. It has a standing fan and a ceiling fan. Plan for the future, airconditioning unit and a small TV. Within walking distance to the center of town and business sector Te bedroom is presently used as a guest room. It has its own private bath. It also contains the owner´s personal collection of books and other objects. It has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The bed and chaise lounge are antique pieces imported from Jamaica. Very cosy and comfortable. The small bathroom is fully equipped with a shower stall and other facilities. Hot and cold water available. Guests can have access to the outdoor terrace and the back patio area. The kitchen is also available for coffee and other light snacks. The neighborhood is normally quiet but it does have the sound of life. There are dogs in the neighborhood. Might be a bit noisy but those are the sounds of the town. Scottys bar is just around the corner but enjoyable to hear some of the sounds coming from there. Part of the Culture and we invite you to come and experience it with us. The villa is situated in the downtown area and waling distance from the business district. You do not need public transportation unless you want to visit the better retaurants in town or the maya ruins. Would be very happy to assist to get around if necessary, I live with my sister who is 91 years old. Therefore, we would prefer to have female guests but both male and female guests are welcome as long as they observe our house rules. We have had some bad experiences on one night stays and prefer to provide these guests with accommodation in our Cabaña which is detached from the main house depending on space available. We must mention though we have a small dog as pet. His name is Maxie and is quite friendly even though he barks when a new guest arrives. We welcome you to stay with us.
