Miss Jo's Cabin

Cozy one bedroom log cabin with large private back deck and hot tub. While being surrounded by nature can be an enjoyable and a relaxing break from hectic day to day lifestyles, please realize that this cabin is in the woods and we do have carpenter bees and camel crickets along with some ants. We strive to keep the pests at bay but they are part of mountain life. Shared spaces include the fire pit along with the overlook bench. Guests have access to the entire cabin as well as the shared fire pit along with the overlook bench. We don’t live on site but we’re only 5 miles away. We can be reach by phone, text or email. We do have a caretaker in a separate on the property. There are several eating establishments in Saluda including: Green River BBQ, The Purple Onion, Ward’s Grill, The Whistle Stop, Wildflour Bake Shop, Saluda Grill (at the truck stop), Crust and Kettle, Subway We’re located in the mountains so the driveway is very steep. However, most guests manage without much trouble. Going slow and steady, and using low gear helps. Pickup trucks have the most trouble if they aren’t all wheel drive or have extra weight in the back end. We aren’t responsible for interruptions of WiFi service.
