This newly renovated Victorian home, which sits on 17 pristine acres, features high-end finishes and decor paired with tons of original character and a curated selection of original artwork throughout the home. The home features luxurious interiors, windows that flood the space with light and views of Mohonk Mountain. *If you would like to bring a dog, you *must* add it to the reservation under the # of guests section upon booking. Please be mindful of checking yourself when spending time outside. *This house does NOT currently have a back-up generator. *Due to risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property. No smoking in or on the property. No pets w/o approval, bringing a pet without approval will result in a $100 fee. No parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the listing. INDOOR LIVING SPACE: Cozy up in the living room which includes a gas fireplace and Smart TV with Apple TV (apps available to stream with your personal credentials) for entertaining. There is also a dedicated fully enclosed office space as well as a full bathroom on the main floor. BEDROOMS: - Primary Bedroom: King bed with en suite bath (including bathtub and double shower) - Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - Bedroom 3: Full Bed Toiletries from Public Goods available in all bathrooms and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: The master suite and bedroom 2 feature private patios with spectacular views for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail. There is a screened in porch off of the kitchen for al fresco entertaining as well as a blue stone patio with outdoor patio set and a stone fireplace.
