The Baker Hotel - The Banker's Suite

The "Baker" is in the heart of Cranbrook's historic downtown with pubs, restaurants, a grocery store, and unique shops all within throwing distance. This beautiful old brick hotel (circa 1923) has an amazing art deco charm. Our brand new "Banker Suite" has been redone to highlight the historic features of the building. The suite includes a walk-in shower, king sized bed with pull out cot, AC, two large tv's with cable and high-speed internet and a coffee bar. We have 2 signature suites, and they are the pinnacle of what the Baker Hotel represents. They are both large, executive style suites with high end king beds. The "Bankers suite" features exposed brick, a separate bedroom, pull out couch, big desk, and a custom bathroom, Heat/AC for each room, two large tv's with cable and high-speed internet and a coffee bar. The "Fireplace suite" is ideal for multi-day stays and features a stocked kitchenette, fireplace, a big cosy chair and a custom bathroom. We are completely non-smoking and pet-free. We have a private parking lot reserved for our nightly guests. The Baker Hotel is in the heart of Cranbrook's downtown! the Firehall pub, Heidout restaurant, Sakura Sushi, Safeway grocery store, the Kootenay Roasting Company, Soulfood, Max's Place, Cranbrook Art Council, Community Theatre, etc, etc, its all within a couple blocks. This is a safe, walkable downtown with a unique charm. The main bus stops are right near the hotel. Cranbrook is very easy to walk around, no big hills or complex street systems. Downtown parking is free overnight and on weekends. We have a parking lot located on 11th Ave directly across from The Baker Hotel. We are slowly bringing this hotel back to its former glory!
