Cute modern place to relax after a day at Regina Beach on beautiful Last Mountain Lake. ***Please note - Guests can now request "privacy" where the guest will enjoy their privacy. There will be a small charge to cover my property manager to address any guest questions or concerns. ***Please note - Due to recent changes on VRBO for GST collection and remittance, the host will be collecting this directly and will be a 5% surcharge on the total amount. ***NEW FOR 2020 - The DragonFly Tiny House is one of the most energy efficient designs with R40 walls and R80 ceiling and floors with a propane heater and an electrical ceramic heater and now we have it open for the winter season with off-season discounted rates. There is plenty of winter activities from ice fishing, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, snow mobile trails, wind sail snow surfing, bird watching, shinny hockey during WinterFest (due to Covid, please check online resources for winter activities in Regina Beach and any restrictions). There are many businesses that operate year around. Snowshoes can be provided free for guests during their stay (ask in advance for details). PARKING for boat or snowmobile trailers. Discounted rates for early bird bookings, last minute bookings (if dates available) and weekly booking discount - 15%. DragonFly Tiny House is located 3 blocks from lake & lake shore walking trail (15-20 min. walk / 2 minute drive to main street, no-fee public beach & park & fishing pier, shopping, food). Tiny House has a pull-out double bed couch & single loft bed with skylight (we provide bedding, pillows, comforters & blankets), full kitchen with propane 2 burner cooktop (includes cookware, dishes, glasses, etc), 3-piece bath with low-flow toilet and full-size shower (we provide bathroom towels, as well as beach towels), a 32" digital TV with Apple TV & Netflix, YouTube and local cable. Free WiFi. 2-level furnished deck w/outdoor kitchen (2 BBS - coal & propane), fridge, & cold water sink). Outdoor wood fireplace area (we provide free wood and can start fire for you). Cute Treehouse with CD/radio stereo and daybed. Rules: No pets. No smoking (except outside by fireplace). No parties or loud noise permitted.
