2 Minutes from ferry!! Located in Centre Town.

My home was built is 1886 and shares that old home charm with a fresh feel. The house is lived in by the owner, her partner and their two children. The room has a queen size bed and private ensuite bath. Kitchen and laundry are shared. Free WiFi and parking. My home is 1/2 a mile or 900 meters from the international ferry. We offer a clean comfortable room with a private bath. We have a wonderful south facing back yard and patio where you can relax and soak up the sun, enjoy a glass of wine, indulge in some Cannabis and/or relax in the hammock. We are within walking distance to most of the town including the downtown core, the beautiful waterfront, Farmers Market (Saturday mornings), wonderful restaurants, cafe's, a craft brewary and local shops. Laundry, kitchen, BBQ, and backyard. We are a family with 2 children. We will interact as much as time allows and the guest desires. Ill gladly sit down and help you navigate you visit to Yarmouth. If time allows I can help you purchase fresh seafood and help you prepare it as well as assist with purchasing and preparing Cannabis. (Must be 19+ to use Cannabis and any of its products) Our neighbourhood is part of the historic area of town. The neighbours are quiet and friendly. We live up the street from the local YMCA wich has fitness classes, a gym and a pool. Across the street from the YMCA is a local Brewary where you can enjoy some craft beer brewed on site. Public transit in a small town bus that makes its rounds every 45 min and costs $2 per person. There are a number of taxi companies in the area. The local Enterprise can provide you with a car rental if necessary No Uber or Lyft available. Our property is Cannabis friendly, however we ask that you do not smoke in the room or the house. We ask you step outside on our patio and enjoy the fresh air while you enjoy your Cannabis expirience. We also ask you keep any Cannabis products in your room so that the children and animals (the dog WILL eat it 🤷‍♀️) do not have access. We have supplies available to help you enjoy your expiriance such as rolling papers, a pipe, a water bong, as well as a' leave some take some' jar. If you purchase any Cannabis products and do not have time to consume it all, feel free to leave it behind for the next guest.
