It is built on concrete and is fully equipped for your enjoyment. It is 7 minutes walking distance to the town center. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking further steps to sanitize the property after each booking. As a precautionary action, all doors handles, lights switches, remote controls, seats, pillows, and seat cushions, etc. are being sanitized. All contact surfaces are being sanitized as well. In addition, as usual, linens are washed with hot water and Clorox, and dried at high temperatures. I am available 24/7 for any support you may need during your stay. House is located in a quiet area at walking distance from bakeries, coffee shops, drug stores, supermarkets, Restaurants, Bars, post office, etc. The city square is at 7 minutes walking distance from the property. Other attractions (city lake, kayaking, rainforest, rivers, coffee farms, coffee processing farms, etc, are within 15 minutes car ride.
