Located just minutes from the Confederation Bridge, this secluded and picturesque property allows you the convenience of day trips to the East or West of the Island. The beach is just minutes away where you can enjoy long walks and warm waters. In the evening you can sit on the deck and listen to the frogs sing as you watch the sunset. This spacious 4 bedroom , 2 bathroom home is fully furnished and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The air condition is located on the main floor only. The bedrooms are not air conditioned. It sits on 5 acres of land on a very quiet road overlooking a view of the Confederation Bridge and the water. It is located near shops where you can purchase fresh seafood, meat,vegetables and P.E.I.'S famous Cow's ice cream. Only approximately 20 minutes from Summerside and 40 minutes from Charlottetown and Cavendish. Guest will have access to entire home and BBQ with exceptions to the pantry and 2 rooms in the basement. Hosts lives 30 minutes away and will be available during your stay by text or phone. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
