Fully-furnished room in a cozy character farm-house, conveniently located just two miles from Spruce Grove (15 minutes west of Edmonton) on 3.4 scenic acres of total privacy. With quick, easy access to the Yellowhead Highway, this private, secluded acreage provides quick, easy access to the Yellowhead Highway, so you are a short drive from Edmonton and other communities within the Capital Region - but you will feel like you are miles away. It's the perfect oasis. Two rooms available in a 40-year-old character farm-house, nestled in a grove of trees. The property is conveniently located just over two miles out of Spruce Grove (15 minutes west of Edmonton). The fully furnished room features a super-comfortable bed and the space is inviting, cozy and clean. Private full-bathroom (shared with other guests if they are staying in the second room). Shared common areas. We also have a second fully furnished bedroom available that can accommodate two people (https://www.airbnb.ca/rooms/225694). Free parking, complimentary coffee/tea, and Wi-Fi are included, and a delicious continental breakfast can be served for $10/breakfast (we can accommodate most special nutritional requests or dietary restrictions if requests are made at the time of booking only). Relax on our massive deck and watch the birds or possibly other wildlife, that frequently wander through the property, or explore our peaceful 3.4 acres of green space and forest or go for a walk or snowshoe on the grounds or nearby trails. We are active travelers and love meeting new people from all around the world - whether that be in our own home or as guests in others'. Guests will have access to the bedroom and bathroom (private, or shared if there is a guest using the second bedroom), living area (shared) and dining/kitchen area (during breakfast only). Our property is conveniently located just two miles out of Spruce Grove (15 minutes west of Edmonton), a community of roughly 30,000, just west of Edmonton, the capital city in the province of Alberta. Spruce Grove has all the amenities you will need. Just 20 minutes from West Edmonton Mall and close to several beautiful golf courses, trails, lakes, theatres, arts and cultural venues, recreational facilities, shopping and professional services. Commuter public transit is available between Spruce Grove and Edmonton during peak hours (mornings and afternoons on weekdays). Public transportation is available between Spruce Grove and Edmonton during peak morning and afternoon hours (visit (URL HIDDEN) for schedule and route information). There is no public transportation to/from our property. We have two large, friendly dogs and two cats on-site, and all pets both indoor and outdoor dogs. Guests can socialize as much or as little as they'd like with them. We can ensure the animals are crated, during our interaction with guests, for those who are not comfortable with pets.
