Come to our little piece of heaven! The condo is located in Chalets de la Playa, a gated community with top of the line 24 hour security. It is located less than 45min from the airport, a few driving minutes from multiple beaches and a variety of restaurants. The community offers wonderful facilities, all the amenities you can imagine! - gym, pools, beach, running trail, snorkeling. Discounts for longer stays: 15% off - 7 nights or> 30% off - 28 nights or > ** Pool is open but limited 1 HR/Day What makes this apartment a great choice is that it is a corner apartment located closest to the beach with no other apartment buildings between its terrace and the ocean. Also, this is a ground-level apartment. Unlike penthouses where you have to go up three flights of stairs to get to the apartment and then two more to get to the top level (there is no elevator), everything in our garden apartment is on one floor and there is a handicap ramp right outside of the apartment, making it very accessible and handicap friendly. The apartment has free parking for two cars. It has the easiest accesses to the gorgeous beach facing the back of the apartment. There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for an extremely comfortable and worry-free stay. Enjoy the sunrise with our complimentary roasted coffee from our Keurig coffee maker or feel free to bring your own coffee pods if you have specific preferences when it comes to coffee. There is a dining area, a living room area with a TV, a washer and a dryer, and a hallway bathroom with all the basics (bathtub and shower, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream, hand soap, body wash, and towels). There are three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a private bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and WiFi. In the back is a terrace with a couch, a hammock, a barbeque, a dining table, and a grassy area that can be used for any recreational activity needed. To ensure that you have the best stay possible, we will have someone greeting you when you arrive, showing you the apartment, and answering any questions and attending any issues you may have during your stay. The Atlantic Ocean is our backyard. The beach facing the back of the apartment is a great place for a calming walk or fun barbeque with friends and family. Although it is very rocky and not usually used for swimming, it is a gorgeous place for snorkeling with one of the most beautiful ocean scenery and sunsets that you have ever seen. In addition to this, the beach controlled access of the community enhances the beach's privacy. If you want a sandy beach, the apartment is located within five minutes of the world-renowned Puerto Nuevo beach. The community includes two swimming pools (with jacuzzi and both open until 10 pm), two tennis courts, two basketball courts, one beach volleyball court, running trails, an air-conditioned gym, a conference room, and several small playgrounds for young kids to play on. Within 5 minutes of Chalets De la Playa, you will find a nice supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Within 15 minutes of the complex, you will find an outlet mall, movie theater, and other shopping. Also, the complex is located about 45 minutes from Old San Juan and many other tourist attractions. Please note that this community is quiet and secluded. If you are looking for a place to enjoy beach parties or loud music this place is not for you, but if you are looking for a relaxing, family-friendly, beach getaway with beautiful views and wildlife, this is the perfect place for you. Covid-19 Related: -Measures Taken to Ensure Guests Stay Healthy During their Stay: 1 - For new reservations, we are allowing 60 hours between guests (Website hidden by Airbnb) Checking out and guests checking in. 2 - We are washing towels and bed sheets in hottest water setting. 3 - We installed hand sanitizer dispensers in the apartment. 4 - Porous surfaces (couch, mattresses )are being steam-cleaned (Website hidden by Airbnb) Between guests. -Swimming Pools: Swimming pools remain closed as a result of the governor Covid-19 Executive order. Regards, David The community is in a remote location, a car is best to be able to get around. There is no public transportation and ride sharing services don’t operate in the area. On August 16, 2021, Puerto Rico government instituted new guidelines for short-term rentals (like Airbnb) that requires us to collect from our guests either Proof of Vaccination or Negative PCR or antigen test taken within 72 hours of the beginning of their visit. If staying longer than one week, they must continue to present negative tests on a weekly basis. If you or anyone (excluding kids under 12) in your party are not willing or unable to provide us with this documentation by 7 days prior to your arrival, I will have no choice but to cancel your reservation.
