Entrance to this private room is thru the secluded back yard located off the back lane. Pub, beach, grocery and restaurants all within a block or two and walking distance. Computers can be hooked up with HMDI * A private full back yard with garden. * Privacy blind/ not a sun blocking blind. * Full screen door for outside view and air. * This space has its own private access. * Lock box located outside with key. * A keyed lock to the inside door to hallway for added privacy. * Private Bathroom is located down the hallway from your room. * A couple of large Beach towels, chairs and umbrella for beach use can be provide upon request. * Reverse Osmosis water so that you can have tea or coffee in the morning. * Give me a heads up whether you prefer fresh cream or milk, it will be placed in the fridge. * For a bit more enjoyment, the visitors may use the fire pit in the back yard, I can provide you with paper and a lighter, fire wood would need to be purchased by you at a local gas station. Cleaning up after your fire is a must :). * The back yard is available for your stay, chairs and table are there for your convenience. * A Recycling bag will be provide on the second shelf of coffee stand for your recycling needs. The bedroom, the hallway and bathroom are all yours. Use of the Green space in the back yard. Chairs and a small table are located around the fire pit and are available also for your enjoyment along with the fire pit. Deck is private. The Cozy backyard is quietly hidden away from the main streets with a beautiful wild flower garden. A terrific place to read or listen to the birds. The best way to get around is to walk. Everything is a few blocks around this location. Key code for lock box is available once room is booked. Parking is free behind the house in large parking lot ? Your entrance to your garden doors to the room are in the back yard to your right. Back gate gets a bit sticky with the weather.
