Beautiful house at the Hill with private pool

Beautiful modern decoration in a gated community, breathtaking view of the ocean. A warm home with EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE POOL ONLY FOR OUR GUESTS, community have great facilities with a playground. Right across the street to Puerto del Rey Marina. Sorry, for health security reasons some of the decorations have been eliminated like the sofa´s pillows and some carpets. House sleeps comfortably 8 people but after the 6 people there is an additional charge of $ 150.00 per person The house have 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with king size beds and 1 bedroom with double full beds. Guest use is for the whole house and the private pool exclusively of the house. I will be available by phone 24/7 during your stay by phone, I will be available to help at all times. Very safe gated community, close to very good restaurants and many amenities, walgreens and supermarkets. Even Though we are close to many places, we suggest to rent a car, there are many places to visit and it is better to go by car. Please know that the use of the pool it is exclusively to the guest of the house, it is in our patio, no one else can use it.
