This listing is for an entire updated two bedroom, two bathroom historic home located in the Clifton Heights neighborhood. The home is fully furnished with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. All cleaning supplies and toiletries are earth friendly and the house is decorated with many green and sustainable products. The neighborhood is quiet and historic. There are lots of great things to do nearby. The living room has a large sectional where you can relax with one of our St. Louis guidebooks, play a board game, or watch something on our smart TV with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime, or the Blu-ray player. There is also a desk/workspace if you need to get some work done. The kitchen has ample space and everything you need to cook a meal or enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine, organic coffee, or tea. There is seating for four at the counter, as well as a separate dining area. The first bedroom is located at the front of the house and has an en suite bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The second bedroom is located at the back of the house, ensuring plenty of privacy. The bathroom is just across the hallway. Both bedrooms have queen sized memory foam mattresses, Bluetooth alarm clocks, and closets with hangers and a large dresser to store all of your belongings. Everything is located on the main floor. There is a basement and an upstairs, but they are both just used for storage. You have access to the whole house, front and back yards. There should be no need to go into the basement or the upstairs as both are empty, except for storage. I am available by phone, text, and email to answer any questions you may have. Clifton Heights is close to great local neighborhoods and less than twenty minutes drive to almost everything our city has to offer. The Hill, Forest park, Dogtown, and The Grove are a five minute drive and Downtown is only fifteen minutes away. Clifton Heights park is a three minute walk from the house. It is a 4.5 acre park with a lake, fountains, playground, and a basketball court. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house as well as a private driveway in the back. Uber and Lyft are available here and usually cheaper than taxis. There is a metro link station 1.7 miles away in Brentwood, which will take you downtown or to the airport.
