We have a taxi pick you up in St.Kitts airport, transport you to the ferry ( you pay the taxi and ferry), he will call us so we can pick you up in Nevis (pick up is free). We bring to the apartment let you get settled and at no additional charge take you shopping. We provide you with a local phone for a small fee, if needed. We are here to help make your vacation the best one ever. We are on-site to answer any questions, or to help with your stay. Or we leave you to just explore the island. This quaint apartment is just enough space for two people. You can enjoy your coffee on the balcony looking into the lush tropical gardens. You have a view of the mountain and St.Kitts and the Caribbean sea. You will enjoy the breezes coming from both. **Please note the price is based on a 5 night minimum** You have full access to the 3/4 acre lush tropical gardens and fruit trees. You are welcome to wonder around and enjoy! We spend as little or as much time with you as you want. We check up with you a couple of times a day to see if you need anything or have any questions. A quiet and safe neighbourhood that has more monkeys, sheep, goats and donkeys than people. We are conveniently located near the capital, Charlestown for banking, shopping and visiting. Its a 30-45 minute walk (depending on your pace and fitness) or a 7 minute drive. There are 5 restaurants within 10 min drive of the property or we can direct you to some local restaurants. We are higher up on the mountain so we recommend walking down and getting picked up (for a small fee) or you can take a taxi. We are 7 min drive from the Caribbean Sea and the beach bars. We are centrally located to town, 6 restaurants and the beach, within a 5 minute drive. You most certainly can walk into town (30-45 minutes, depends on your pace) but we do recommend taking a taxi back. We can arrange a car rental, taxi or Elton will drive you back and forth to destinations for a small fee. ***If you make an extended stay and cancel part of the stay we will charge you additional money for the loss of bookings. Or if we give you a special rate and you cancel we will charge you the original booking price that is listed.**** **If you require to do laundry, you are more than welcome to coordinate days and times with us, also each load is $2.50 USD.** *We are on the mountain side, 30-45 minute walk downhill (depending on your pace and fitness) or you can rent a car, we have had guests do both.* *Food can be more expensive than you are used to just so you are aware. We would recommend bringing your own coffee and peanut butter or any specialty foods that you enjoy.*
