This is a 1 bedroom apartment and a futon in the living room. In addition there are two smart TVs, WI-FI and two A/C units 18K. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, pots & pans, stove & oven, microwave, fridge and more. We also provide guests with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. At the back terrace there is a nice sitting area to enjoy the space. There is also a private parking spot available and private entrance. Walking distance to Cataño's ferry. Take delight from our spacious terrace where you can drink while laying out on the hammock or dine under the stars. Guest will have our number and email to answer any questions. We can recommend places to visit. Enjoy our Bacardi tour to taste their rum in a welcome cocktail. You can visit nearby El Malecón de Cataño, this is a walk that skirts the bay of Cataño. You can walk on the wooden bridge and enjoy the seafront with view to Old San Juan. This apartment is close to Isla de Cabras and Punta Salinas Beach. Another fun activity you can try is free classes of salsa dancing in the Bahía stage Monday throughThursday 7pm to 8pm. Also you can visit our historic town in a 10 minute ferry service for only $0.50 one way trip. This ferry is walking distance from the apartment. In Old San Juan you can be adventurous visiting el Morro, Fuerte San Cristobal, tourist shops, restaurants and fly kites. Lastly, there's different alternatives for nightlife. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment and a ferry terminal AcuaExpreso Cataño that is walking distance. A lot of private parking!
