We want you to feel completely at home in the comfortable and charming space. With a private entrance and parking, you can relax in the quiet semi-rural area watching the alpacas stroll through the field. Centrally located between Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, and RMNP, plan an abundance of activities, from water sports to hiking, mountain biking, and golf. ** For your safety and peace of mind, we are thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing frequently touched surfaces between reservations. ** Cozy and a touch rustic, the newly updated, garden level space is fully-equipped with all kitchen amenities and a washer & dryer. There are thermostat-controlled gas fireplaces in the living room and in the bedroom so you can regulate the heat separately from the rest of the house. In addition to the private bedroom with a queen bed, the living room has a comfy full-size 3-inch memory foam topper on the pull-out sleeper sofa. Next door to our property is the non-motorized access to Berthoud Reservoir with an unpaved recreation path. The loop bordering the reservoir offers a fabulous unobscured view of the mountains. From the door of the space around the reservoir and back is just under 2 miles. You will have the garden level of the house. There's access to the backyard as well. We may be around the house working on the yard. You can always reach us via text. Berthoud has a number of unique dining pleasures with City Star Brewery, Rise Bakery and Trailhead Cafe. Kó-fē House is a great stop before taking the 45-minute drive to RMNP for a day hike, head to the mountains for a phenomenal ski day, or playing a round of golf. The RTD FLEX goes through Berthoud at 2nd & Mountain Ave. This bus will take you to Fort Collins and to Boulder. The pick-up and drop-off is about a mile and a half away. We provide breakfast items to get your stay started on the right side of the bed!
