OrganicTropical Fruit Tree Orchard, wheelchair friendly, enclosed Garden. Several cozy, shady, chill spots for an early morning breakfast, afternoon tea or sunset watching. For those who love to cook, full kitchen, with many fresh herbs for your favorite savory dishes or Fresh Organic Green Tea! This is a Tobacco Free Residence. Peaceful and quiet. No loud music or aggressive behavior. Family oriented. Thank You. Guests have access to the entire Garden enclosed for security by enforced cement wall and Rainbow Pickett fencing. Several shaded sitting areas under various organic fruit trees and a cozy front porch. The Cottage is attached to my Personal home, and I am usually in the Yard as I run a small Organic farm. I am quite knowledgeable of the history and places of interest island wide. I am a 55 year Caymanian resident and watched this Island grow from a humble population of 5,000 to the present over 60, 000. Welcome to the Cayman Islands! Northward is a quiet residential area located mid between George Town, the Capital, and the undisturbed Eastern districts. 3 miles from Countryside Shopping Village, which has everything from a Large Supermarket to several restaurants, Hair Salon, Health Clinic, Gym, Pharmacy and Cayman National Bank. 3.5 miles to the Historic Pedro St. James Castle. Away from the hustle of George Town and Seven Mile Beach. 15 kilometers to the Astounding Crystal Caves in North Side. 5 minute walk to Local Bus Stop in each direction about every 30 minutes from 6.00 am to 7.00 pm. About 6 miles to Beautiful Spotts Beach. There is Air conditioning, plus two overhead fans in the bedroom. Guests are asked to be environmentally friendly and keep the Bedroom door closed at all times whilst running the A/C Unit. Also that the unit and all other utilities be turned off when absent from the Apartment. The Bedroom cools off in about 12 minutes once turned on. Thank you!
