Newly renovated lake house that sleeps 9 guests. Deck w/ grill and fire pit, great for evening grilling & socializing. Dock and swimming area for kayaking or canoeing. There are 2 kayaks and a canoe on the premises at no additional charge. 1st floor has an open kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & a full bath. The 2nd floor has an additional bedroom, a 1/2 bath & an open loft area that sleeps 2 with an entertainment area. If you are looking for a true “Maine” experience... this is the place. Crystal clear lake water great for swimming, boating and fishing. Known for trophy fish!! Canoe and kayaks on premises for use w/ no extra charge. Wake up to sound of loons while drinking your coffee!!! Large front lawn for play.... highly recommend for families. We have all of the comforts of home with Internet, TV (Netflix or use WiFi and log into your streaming accounts) washer and dryer. We are well-equipped with fresh bedding and bath linings. Looking for great seafood and lobster?!?... You are only 10 mins from Belfast which has several great restaurants that will please everyone’s pallet. There are neighbors on both sides of the house. Don’t be surprised if you receive a friendly “hello” from other boaters enjoying the lake! You also can walk to Swan Lake grocery which is less than three minutes from the house.… Incredibly convenient! There are three parking spots located right next to the house! We are a pet friendly home however do ask that you clean up after them. If you have a dog we also ask that you ensure they stay on the property.
