Beautiful Condo/Great Location in St. Thomas, VI!

My place sits above Bolongo Bay, walk to Iggies Oasis and Beach Bar and Mim's Seaside Bistro all a short walk down the hill. It's a safe, gated private community with your own beach at Bolongo Bay, 2 pools in the community, beautiful scenery and views. Watch the cruise ships pass by your bedroom. Just minutes from downtown shopping, restaurants, and fun Red Hook. Newly re-furnished with a renovated kitchen, brand-new tennis/basketball/pickleball courts! Condo is NOT handicapped accessible... This corner-unit condo is a lovely and recently re-furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with views of the Caribbean. The kitchen was recently renovated with all new appliances and cabinets. The A/C was also replaced. The master bedroom has a king bed, new TV with Netflix and DVD/VCR, full bathroom, vanity/dressing area, and ocean view, the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room has a sofa bed and brand new TV with Netflix and DVD. The second bathroom is a full common bathroom. Each bathroom has been renovated with marble tile and granite countertops. The unit also includes dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi. It's ideal for families - our family of 5 has stayed there for years! 5 adults can comfortably stay there, just keep in mind that the sofa bed is less private and it's a sofa bed! Best for 5 adults or 6 people including children... The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped and is great for staying in and cooking. The appliances are all brand new and there is a stove/oven, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and brand new washer and dryer in the unit, as well. We also keep a bar for our guests to take and replace. The balcony is a nice place to read a book, drink your coffee, or watch the sunset and the passing cruise ships! Just don't leave your towels outside on the balcony - it's not allowed, and they will blow away! There is a key for the trash door to bring excess trash during your stay. Just steps from the unit is a pool for guests. And, just down the hill is the beach - Bolongo Bay (the Beach Resort and Iggie's Beach Bar is there too!) where you can use the beach (bring the chairs) and there is the other pool next to Mim's Seaside Bistro, which is a nice dining option. There are also beach chairs, coolers, sheets, beach and shower towels, a pack 'n play, dining booster seat and other items available for your use. There is no beach umbrella or beach blanket, and we removed the snorkel gear during Covid-19. We will also provide you with a list of our favorite things to do, places to eat and what to see upon booking! Guests have access to the entire 2-bedroom condo. There is a full kitchen with dining space, a living room with a sleeper sofa and a TV. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The entire unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people (preferably no more than 5 adults for comfort). Guests can use both pools that are currently open (cliff-side pool is still damaged) on site and walk down to Bolongo Beach. All beaches on St. Thomas are public beaches. You can contact me during your stay should you have any issues or questions. Condo employees may also be available in case of emergency. If I'm on-island, (generally from late December - March) I will be available in person. Regatta Point Villas sits above Bolongo Bay and is neighbors to Sea Cliff Villas and Watergate Villas. There is a pool just a few steps from the condo along with the tennis courts, pickle ball and basketball. Sea Cliff has a pool which we call the "Pool on the Point" as it seems to sit cliff side overlooking the ocean. This pool is currently under construction after the hurricane damage. Down the hill at Watergate Villas is Mim's Seaside Bistro, another pool and the beach. This beach is all reef and not good for swimming, but is great for watching the crabs, finding sea urchins, collecting sea glass and shells! And, the view is incredible! Bolongo Bay Beach Club and Resort is a walk to the other end of the beach, where swimming is better and water sports are available through the resort. Iggie's Oasis has live music on occasion, a bar and good food burgers are great! If you are at Iggie's and keep a bar tab, you can also use the pool. Renting a car is the best way to see the island. There is a dedicated parking space for our unit. You will receive a pass to open the gate when entering by car. Taxi's are plentiful, but can get expensive as they tend to charge per person. Public transportation is available, but I've never used it! The condo complex is not handicapped accessible - nor is most of the island. There are no ramps in the community. There are steps between the parking lot and the unit. The unit comes with a dedicated parking space.
