Feel at home in family-friendly Barrington! It is located just 15-20 mins. away from Providence. Charming, cozy, country-like 3-bedroom house settled next to a small pond that is surrounded by trees. You can sit on a swing and watch nature perform on its own. This charming cottage is cozy with a country-like feel. It has 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 day bed with pull out (2 twin beds). It has a basement with different kinds of musical instruments . There is a sun room that will lead you to the back yard. Though built in the 50's, this house has the amenities of the 21st century --a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, walk-in shower/tub jacuzzi (good for 1 person, ADA complaint), washer/dryer, cable, internet, linens, towels and utensils for 5. During the warmer months, guests have access to outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill, in-ground outdoor pool (May- September only), swing and patio furniture. Outdoor Pool is for registered guest only and is not shared. No parties. No smoking/vaping in the house. No pets please. Please be considerate of our neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum after 9 p.m.
