It offers the perfect amenities to create ever lasting memories. Casa Heliconia is a house in the country but it is also close to the city. It is a place designed to get out of the daily routine, either with family or friends where you can continue working and at the same time share with your loved ones. It is a wonderful place to walk, enjoy nature in a pleasant very cool climate, barbecue, play billiards, tablet games,jacuzzi . This country house sits on 2.77 acres of land and is divided into two (2) structures: the main residence is a 2-level home with three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms that sleeps 6 comfortably in one location. It is the perfect place to share with family and friends, free the body by breathing pure air of nature, for your mental hygiene, so necessary these days after the COVID19 pandemic. The other structure adjacent to the main residence is divided into 2 separate cabins, fully equipped with a kitchenette, balcony area, and full bathroom in each. The house has space to celebrate intimate weddings, dinners or family celebrations, with friends, with capacity for 30 people, with parking area for 4-5 vehicles. The house is located in a very private area, where it is not shared with neighbors. (To organize an activity, event, party, birthday, it must be consulted and approved by the host). Guests will have the space 100% available for their use including a jacuzzi that fits about 10 people sitting at the same time, barbecue area overlooking the natural scenery of the Carite Forest, a patio of approximately 1,200 sq. ft that surrounds the main residence, an area with a jacuzzi and bar to spend time with family and friends. It is a large place where you can share with your family and friends, each having their private spaces, both in the main house and the two continuous cabins, all on the same land.
